大阪・ミナミのアメリカ村で無許可のままクラブを営業したとして、大阪府警保安課と南署は３１日未明、風営法違反（無許可営業）容疑で、大阪市中央区西心斎橋のクラブ「ジュール」を家宅捜索。経営者の黒崎禎一郎容疑者（７６）＝大阪府豊中市東豊中町＝と店長の男ら計３人を逮捕した。府警によると、黒崎容疑者は「同業他社もやっていたので営業を続けてしまった」と容疑を認めている。

逮捕容疑は３１日午前２時半ごろ、府公安委員会から風俗営業の許可を受けず、店内で客にダンスをさせてクラブを営業したとしている。

府警によると、アメリカ村には早朝まで営業を続けるクラブが二十数店舗あり、地元住民が昨年１０月、取り締まりを要請。これを受け、府警は同１２月に悪質と判断したクラブ２店舗を摘発しており、今回が３店目になる。
